News Title: New Worldview Class Coming on Wednesday Nights!

There is an exciting new Christian Worldview class coming on Wednesday nights called "Countering Culture." The class starts Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at 6:30 PM.
Countering Culture is a 12-week discipleship study on worldview analysis put out by Summit Ministries. We as followers of Jesus Christ need to know why we believe what we believe and how to defend it. This course will teach us how to recognize opposing worldviews and to defend our faith/worldview against them. The course focuses on the three dominant worldviews that Christians are most likely to confront in the United States: secular humanism, postmodern Marxism, and cosmic humanism.

Parent's Night Out--December 5th--6pm - 10pm--We'll be watching your kids while you enjoy a night out.
Progressive Dinner--December 11th--Leaving IBT parking lot at 4pm, Returning around 9:30pm--Be sure to sign up by December 2nd if you want to go
Paintball--December 28th(tentative)--Leaving IBT at 12:30pm, Returning around 4:30pm--Cost is $20 for everything you'll need--Sign up on the 3rd Floor

When was the last time you and your spouse went out on a date? When was the last time you and your spouse laughed together? When was the last time you were offered free childcare so you could go out on a date? Well, if you can't remember when the "last time" was, then it's been too long. Join us Friday, November 13 for Date Night. Tickets arfe $10 per person payable to IBT. Join us for "Ultimate Date Night with Jay & Laura Laffoon" on Friday, November 13. We will meet at IBT around 6 pm and leave about 6:15 pm. Please make your reservation with the church office no later than Sunday, November 8. This will help us to purchase enough tickets to the event.
What is an Ultimate Date Night with Jay & Laura? The Ultimate Date Night is a 90 minute evening of non-stop music, comedy, and laughter!
